PETS POLICY

At AmoonA Cleaning Services, we understand the importance of caring for your pets while we clean your home. We take pride in being a pet-friendly cleaning service, which means we ensure that your furry friends are safe and comfortable during our visit.  However, for the best results and to minimize disruptions, we kindly ask that you secure your pets in a separate area during the scheduled cleaning hours.

NO REFUND POLICY

At AmoonA Cleaning Services, we want you to be completely satisfied with our cleaning services. While we do not offer refunds on our services, we will work with you to ensure that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly. Our team of experienced professionals is committed to providing you with the best cleaning experience possible, and we stand behind our work.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY

We kindly request that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled cleaning appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to work with you and find a suitable solution.

PROPERTY CARE POLICY

At AmoonA cleaning services, we understand the importance of taking care of your property. We want to ensure that your home and business are maintained in a way that meets your high standards. Our Property Care policy reflects our commitment to providing high-quality services and includes our guarantee that we will treat your property with the same care and attention that we give to our own.

We prioritize the safety and health of our clients and staff at AmoonA Cleaning Services. To ensure that we maintain a safe and healthy environment, we have implemented strict safety policies in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We take all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of illness, including wearing masks and gloves, regularly sanitizing our equipment, and practicing social distancing. Our team takes safety very seriously.

CONFIDENTIAL POLICY

At AmoonA Cleaning Services, we take your privacy seriously. All information collected during the booking process and while providing our services will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party. We understand that cleaning services often require access to your personal space and belongings, and we assure you that our team is trained to conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism and respect for your privacy.

STAFF POLICY

At AmoonA cleaning services, we believe that our staff is our most valuable asset. Our staff policy is focused on creating a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and open dialogue. We provide ongoing training and support to all of our employees, so they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide the best cleaning services possible.

PRIVACY POLICY

At AmoonA cleaning services, we understand the importance of privacy when it comes to your home. That's why we have a strict home discretion policy in place to ensure your home and personal belongings remain secure during our cleaning services.

KIDS POLICY

We understand the importance of providing a safe and healthy environment for children. That's why we have a dedicated kid's policy in place. Our staff is trained to handle any situation that may arise while cleaning with children present. We  take extra care to ensure that hazardous materials are inaccessible to children. However, as a precautionary measure, we strongly advise that children be kept away from the cleaning area as we utilize materials that could potentially pose a danger to them. We are committed to providing a worry-free cleaning experience for families with children.

HEAVY FURNITURE POLICY

At AmoonA Cleaning Services, our goal is to provide efficient and thorough cleaning services while ensuring the safety of our team and your property. As part of our Heavy Furniture Policy, we ask that you inform us of any heavy furniture, such as sofas, beds, or dressers, that needs to be moved during the cleaning process. This allows us to properly prepare our team and ensure that the furniture is moved safely and without damage.

PAYMENT POLICY

​Please note that any past due over 3 days will be subject to an additional fee. We appreciate your prompt payment and cooperation in keeping your account up to date.

MISSED SPOTS

We are a reputable cleaning company that strives to consistently exceed customer expectations. While we have encountered some clients who have very high standards of perfection, we always go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. In the past, we have revisited locations for minor touch-ups or small missed spots, in order to maintain our reputation for delivering exceptional cleanliness. Our commitment to customer satisfaction means that if you are ever unhappy with our service, we will return to address any concerns.

However, as of December 3, 2024, we will no longer accommodate requests for extremely minor touch-ups or small spots. This decision is a reflection of cost and time. From now on, we will provide confirmation of our work through photos and videos after each cleaning to guarantee transparency and accountability.

It is important to note that intentional dirty tiny spots can occur to anybody, not only to cleaning companies, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. We value your business and strive to maintain our reputation as a top-tier cleaning service in the industry. Thank you for your continued support.
